Live Training, Ranges, and Combat Training Centers (LTRaC) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) 3: Full and Open Competition for Complex Life Cycle Support Activities for Live Training Ranges   3

Background
The solicitation is for the Live Training Ranges and Combat Training Centers Multiple Award Contract 3 (LTRaC MAC 3), which is a full and open competitive contract for complex life cycle support activities. The contract aims to provide continuous technology refreshments, modernization, studies, and developmental efforts for live training ranges, combat training centers, and other related systems.

Work Details
The contract will include the development of new capabilities, modernization efforts, technology refreshment, or other work on live training ranges and the utilization of LT2 hardware or software product lines to perform an effort at a live training range. The contract will also involve the integration of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware and LT2 software into a system while ensuring compliance with relevant Authority to Operate (ATO) requirements. The contract will have a total estimated not-to-exceed ceiling amount of $378,719,231. It will be an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a total eight-year ordering period, consisting of a five-year base and a three-year option period. The minimum quantity and contract value for all orders issued against this contract shall not be less than $1,000.00. The maximum quantity and contract value for all orders issued against this contract shall not exceed $378,719,231.00.

Period of Performance
The LTRaC MAC 3 base ordering period shall be for 60 months after the contract issue date. Individual Orders will specify their respective periods of performance.

Place of Performance
The place of performance is specified by the U.S. government.
