The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA, anticipates issuing on an other than full and open competition basis a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with Hamilton Technologies for a Hamilton Microlab VANTAGE Liquid Handling System in order to prepare samples while simultaneously transferring prepared desorption electrospray ionization (DESI) targets to a mass spectrometer (MS) enables high throughput screening capabilities.

The aforementioned system must meet the following:

1.3m VANTAGE Pipettor with Left Side Extension.

Active Side Waste.

Quad CO-RE Gripper with Multiflex Module Mount.

1.3m Logistics Cabinet.

Entry/Exit with Barcode Reader

1.3m VANTAGE Track Gripper.

1.3m VANTAGE Rear Integration Cabinet.

INT SHELF

Data System and applications software.

Integration of Waters Xevo-G2-XS and DESI-XS platform into robot.

Integration must be in an enclosed environment

And must be able to provide delivery, installation, training, and a one-year vendor warranty, including technical support, parts, labor, and travel/shipping from date of installation.

This acquisition is under NAICS Code 334516 with a size standard of 1000. The contractor shall deliver a Liquid Handling System per the requirements set forth in the Statement of Work.

NAWCWD China Lake intends to award the contract with an 8 week delivery date. Delivery will be FOB Destination. The solicitation or Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted in Contract Opportunities on the sam website at https://www.sam.gov/ on or about 06/03/2022. All responsible sources may submit a written proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov and complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with the aforementioned registration. Written responses shall be submitted by email to the point(s) of contact listed below.

Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number. Effective June 11, 2018, entities who create or update their registration in SAM.gov to apply only for federal assistance opportunities such as grants, loans, and other financial assistance programs, have a notarized letter on file within 30 days of registration.
