Description

The scope of this contract purchase includes two (2) major line items that are part of the overall instrument. It requires two (2) Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) LCMS systems, one LCMS-SQ and one LCMS-QQQ in support of current and future projects and programs. These activities include, but are not limited to, trace detection of thermally labile energetics and other hazardous contaminants in waste streams and field samples; detect and defeat of biological, chemical, and pharmaceutical agents; incident investigations and day-to-day support for manufacturing, and Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) activities that occurs at NSWC IHD.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Explosive Division (NSWC IHD), Contracts Department, Code 02 intends to award a contract for the purchase of Liquid Chromatograph Mass Spectrometers Suite- LCMS-QQQ and LCMS-SQ on a sole source basis.
