THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.

This is a RFP for the establishment of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the delivery of argon liquid gas and dry ice to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Center for Environmental Health (NCEH), Division of Laboratory Services (DLS) located at 4770 Buford Hwy NE, ATlanta, GA 30341. The period of performance for the BPA is five years.
The Government intends to award a hybrid Firm Fixed-Price and Firm-Fixed-Price with Economic Price Adjustment BPA as a result of this solicitation that will include the terms and conditions that are set forth herein.
