The subject announcement is for the posting of a "DRAFT" Request for Proposal (RFP). This "DRAFT" RFP i sbeing provided to all interested parties in advance of an "OFFICIAL" RFP in order to increase dialogue and communications as it relates to this requirement. The purpose of this draft RFP is to gather additional informaiton and field concerns from prospective offerors as it relates to the structure of this acquisition. All parties are encouraged to ask questions or provide comments as it relates to this "DRAFT" RFP.
All questions relating to this draft RFP shall be directed to the PCO or Contract Specialist identified in this notice. Answers to all questions will be provided in a consolidated response which will be posted back on Fed Biz Ops for all interested parties to see.
This "DRAFT" RFP is provided for informational purposes only. It is subject to change prior to the release of the official RFP. The USG is under no obligation to reimburse any respondent for costs incurred resulting form this notice.
This requirement includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks: Program Management, Cybersecurity, Help Desk, Training, Teardown, Test and Evaluation (TT&E), Repair, Software Distribution, Production, Over and Above, Block Cycle Changes, Unscheduled Maintenance, Shipping, Travel and Data.
