Linen/Mat Rental and Cleaning Services IN, KS, TN, TX

Background
The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking Linen/Mat Rental and Cleaning Services to support various commissaries located at Arnold AFB, Crane NWSC, Fort Riley, Fort Worth, and McConnell AFB.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that these facilities have access to clean linens and mats as part of their operational requirements.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide Linen/Mat Rental and Cleaning Services in accordance with the Statement of Work outlined in Attachment 1. This includes services for the following locations: Crane NWSC, Fort Riley, Fort Worth, McConnell AFB, and Arnold AFB.

Each service location has a base year from December 1, 2024, to November 30, 2025, with options for additional years. The contractor is responsible for providing a complete linen service which includes rental and cleaning of linens as specified in the Linen Listing Spreadsheet (Attachment 2). The contractor must also comply with all installation access procedures including obtaining necessary passes and inspections for personnel and vehicles.

Period of Performance
Base Year: December 1, 2024 – November 30, 2025; Option Year One: December 1, 2025 – November 30, 2026; Option Year Two: December 1, 2026 – November 30, 2027; Option Year Three: December 1, 2027 – November 30, 2028; Option Year Four: December 1, 2028 – November 30, 2029.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations including Arnold AFB (Tennessee), Crane NWSC (Indiana), Fort Riley (Kansas), Fort Worth (Texas), and McConnell AFB (Kansas).
