The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District is hereby issuing the following solicitation to award a firm-fixed price contract for the renovation of Building 607, Lincoln Hall, including supporting work. This project is being solicited as an unrestricted Best Value Trade Off (BVTO) procurement via a Request for Proposal.

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District is issuing a solicitation for the renovation of Building 607, Lincoln Hall. The project is being solicited as an unrestricted Best Value Trade Off (BVTO) procurement via a Request for Proposal.

Work Details
The renovation work includes various tasks such as in situ cast stone repair, cast stone replacement, work outside the 5' line surrounding the building, mass rock excavation, trench rock evacuation, new work including mechanical yard footings and framing, enclosure of the North Wing SallyPort, repair of the North Wing retaining wall, and turnover of O/M manuals and as-builts. Additionally, there are options for security (Intrusion Detection System), Cellular DAS, WAP, Outside Plant Fiber installation, and additional communications work.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the base bid scope is 811 days from Notice to Proceed (NTP).

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Lincoln Hall, Building 607.
