Work Details
The Contractor will provide a full range of Workers’ Compensation – Medical Case Management Services (WC-MCMS) for DHS. Key tasks include: supporting both new and historical WC cases; proactively managing cases from the First Report of Injury (FROI) through successful Return-to-Work or case resolution; supporting agency personnel with work-related injuries and illnesses; providing a 24/7 toll-free injury reporting hotline; facilitating Medical Case Management interactions between employees and the medical community; delivering a nationally integrated network of WC-Medical Care Management Services; offering an efficient intake process and system of records; and delivering an IT system that includes an operational case and reporting Management Information System (MIS) hosted in a FedRAMP-ready secure cloud environment.

Period of Performance
The ordering period for this contract is from March 31, 2026, to March 30, 2027, with four optional 12-month ordering periods.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed throughout the United States in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa.
