Background
The Federal Prison Industries (FPI), also known as UNICOR, is seeking to acquire leadership development training services to enhance the capabilities of its supervisors, mid-level, and executive leaders. The goal of this contract is to build trust between leaders and front-line employees, ultimately aiming to reduce turnover, increase employee engagement, and create trustworthy leaders.

The training will utilize FranklinCovey's proprietary program, The Speed of Trust, which has been shown through independent studies to effectively foster trust within organizations.

Work Details
The contract involves providing comprehensive leadership development training based on FranklinCovey’s proprietary program, The Speed of Trust. Key components include:
- Access to proprietary application tools and resources such as Trust Cards for structuring critical conversations.
- Utilization of 360 online assessments including the Trust Quotient and Organizational Trust Index to measure trust levels within teams.
- Implementation of customized learning plans tailored to individual skill gaps identified through a self-diagnostic needs assessment integrated into FranklinCovey’s Impact Platform.
- Provision of a reporting capability that allows leaders to monitor participant progress and accountability.
- Inclusion of additional FranklinCovey programs at no extra cost, enhancing the breadth of leadership development offerings available through the Impact Platform.
- Nationwide support from FranklinCovey’s dedicated Public Safety/Corrections Division, ensuring expertise in corrections-related training.
