Limited Source Justification Tecmotiv Repair Parts

Background
The Limited Source Justification is for the procurement of Tecmotiv engine repair parts by TACOM/SAMD. The acquisition will be conducted under the authority of the Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Program. The primary statutory authorities for MAS are Title III of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (41 USC 251 ET SEQ), and Title 40 U.S.C. 501, Services for Executive Agencies.

Work Details
The repair parts supplied by the contractor are guaranteed to be fully serviceable and are guaranteed for one year from the date of shipment from the contractor’s facility against defects in materials and workmanship. The spares package may be delivered in multiple shipments.
Tecmotiv, the manufacturer of the required M60A Engine Repair Parts has confirmed Federal Resources as their sole distributor, both open market and on Schedule. This acquisition will be procured against the MAS Program, GSA Special Item Number (SIN)/Category 336992.
