Limited Source Justification (LSJ) – Bridge Task Order - for R1 Information Technology, Telecommunication Support Services and Geospatial Support Services

Background
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is issuing a Limited Source Justification (LSJ) for a Bridge Task Order to ensure continued Information Technology, Telecommunication Support Services, and Geospatial Support Services for EPA Region 1.

This action is necessary to maintain operational continuity and support the agency's mission objectives amidst urgent requirements and recent funding constraints due to a continuing resolution.

Work Details
The contractor, LinTech Global, Inc., will provide essential IT support services across EPA Regions 1, 2, and 3.

The services are critical for the agency's ability to meet its goals without disruption. The justification emphasizes the unique institutional expertise of LinTech Global, Inc., which has been the incumbent vendor for over five years. Their existing workforce is already trained and cleared for security, ensuring seamless service delivery. The bridge task order aims to prevent any lapse in coverage that could jeopardize mission success across the regions.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed until at least January 30, 2026, which is one month prior to the expiration of the current Task Order Bridge 68HE0325F0018.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily in EPA Region 1.
