Description

This notice provides access to the limited source justification for Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) 1305M322ANRMA0008.

Background
The Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), through its Acquisition and Grants Office (AGO) and Oceanic and Atmospheric Research (OAR), is issuing a limited source justification for a follow-on Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Harmonics International Inc., a Woman-Owned Small Business, to support NOAA's Climate Program Office Communication, Education, and Engagement team.

Work Details
The contract requires a range of climate science-related communications, education, and engagement tasks including interface design, layout and design, exhibit development services, cartographic design, multimedia animations and graphics, Spherical Planetarium Dome and Hyperwall display systems, photography and videography, science writing, performance evaluation, web content analysis and indexing, data visualization for resilience planning, training for decision makers, and communication strategy consultation.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance is a one-year base period with two one-year option periods and one six-month option period, totaling three and a half years.
