Light Helicopter Support Services *Amendment*   2

Background
The Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) in Twentynine Palms, California, operates and maintains military training range areas on U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) controlled federal lands.

The goal of this contract is to provide Light Helicopter Support Services to facilitate airlift operations for maintenance personnel, parts, and equipment to remote relay communication sites that are inaccessible by ground vehicles due to challenging terrain.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide aircrew, ground personnel, supplies, ancillary support services, and equipment to perform dedicated and/or ad hoc Federal Aviation Regulation 135 airlift operations. This includes:
- Daily operations for the movement of passengers and cargo, with a daily operations rate including required personnel, equipment, supplies, and three (3) blade hours of helicopter mobilization.
- Transportation of all personnel, equipment, and supplies to and from the MCAGCC project staging area.
- Provision of additional light helicopter blade hours beyond the minimum three (3) hours included in daily operations.
- Aircraft must be capable of carrying at least 5 passengers with a maximum lift requirement of 1,250 lbs. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that all aircraft utilized are licensed and comply with FAA regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from May 25, 2025, to May 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC), Twentynine Palms, California.
