Light Emitting Diode (LED) Standalone and Self- Contained Marine Lanterns

Background
This solicitation is issued by the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) for the procurement of Light Emitting Diode (LED) Standalone and Self-Contained Marine Lanterns, which are essential for use as waterway Aids to Navigation. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the USCG has reliable and efficient lighting solutions for navigation purposes across various waterways.

Work Details
The contractor shall manufacture and deliver Standalone LED Lanterns and Self-Contained LED Lanterns that meet the requirements outlined in the Specification for Fabrication of Light Emitting Diode (LED) Marine Lanterns; Specification No. 506, Rev 7, dated November 12, 2025. The specifications include measurements, optical performance, power and control systems, service life and maintenance, sizes, mass, mounting provisions, and environmental conditions requirements.

The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary materials, labor (direct and indirect), equipment, transportation, facilities, and supervision to manufacture, fabricate, and ship the LED Marine Lanterns. The following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) are included in the schedule of supplies:

- CLIN 0001AA: Standalone LED Lantern - N/A
- CLIN 1001AA: Standalone LED Lantern - $32.00
- CLIN 2001AA: Standalone LED Lantern - $32.00
- CLIN 3001AA: Standalone LED Lantern - $32.00
- CLIN 4001AA: Standalone LED Lantern - $32.00

The prices submitted must be in whole dollar amounts based on fixed prices with economic price adjustments applicable for diesel fuel in option years.

Period of Performance
Base Period: June 15, 2026 – June 14, 2027; Option Period 1: June 15, 2027 – June 14, 2028; Option Period 2: June 15, 2028 – June 14, 2029; Option Period 3: June 15, 2029 – June 14, 2030; Option Period 4: June 15, 2030 – June 14, 2031.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to various locations in the USA and its associated territories.
