The Library of Congress (Library) requires contract support to acquire audio converters. This requirement consists of 15 Merging Technologies HAPI MKIII analog converters with 2 types of audio cards plus warranty. The National Audiovisual Conservation Center (NAVCC) Audio Lab preserves and provides access to Library audio collections by reformatting analog items to digital files. Analog to digital and digital to analog converters are critical tools used to make high quality preservation files.

This is a brand name requirement. See the attached Justification and Approval.

Offeror questions are due by 03/31/2025 at 12:00 PM EST. Responses to questions will be posted to SAM as an amendment to the solicitation.
