Solicitation Amendment 1, May 9, 2022: Phase 1 due date has been extended to May 17, 2022 11:00 AM MT, and the Contracting Officer has been updated to Molly Jackson. Please see RFP Amendment 1 and updated RFP in the attachments section, with documented track changes included.

Background
The United States Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) requires Library Journal Subscriptions. This requirement is being solicited as a commercial item using Part 12 and 15 procedures. The contract type anticipates awarding a single award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract allowing for firm-fixed price delivery orders.

Work Details
The ordering period is estimated to be 19 October 2022 through 18 October 2027. Offerors are required to complete a price schedule, Attachment 4 - Total Evaluated Price Sheet. The prices provided on Attachment 4 will be incorporated into the IDIQ.
The estimated subscription periods for journal access purposes will be from 1 January 2023 through 31 December 2028.

Period of Performance
The contract's period of performance is from 19 October 2022 through 18 October 2027, with subscription periods extending from 1 January 2023 through 31 December 2028.
