Description

Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name or industrial mobilization.)
Evergreen Disposal is the only local refuse removal company located in Libby, MT. They have provided service in the past and currently provide adequate services. Failure to award this contract in a timely manner will result in large accumulations of trash and refuse presenting health/safety hazards and impacting mission accomplishment.
