Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior contract 19NP4024P1071, awarded to Eagle Supply Services for “LGF: UNIFORM DUTY BOOT” (07/24/24–08/30/25) valued at $12,102. The current requirement is also for LGF Duty Boots with detailed performance and design specifications (e.g., waterproof liner, slip-resistant rating, fast-rope compatible arch, and specific outsole/footbed features), suggesting the prior work is a like-for-like continuation of the same uniform boot procurement.
