Background
The Little Goose Dam Annual Fire Extinguisher Service Contract is issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The contract aims to ensure the safety and compliance of fire extinguishers at the Little Goose Lock and Dam, aligning with the agency's mission to maintain infrastructure and safety standards.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, materials, supplies, consumables, equipment, and services for maintaining fire extinguishers at Little Goose Lock and Dam. Services include:

1) Conducting hydrostatic tests, six-year internal inspections, or annual servicing based on the production date and class of fire extinguisher;

2) Ensuring all services comply with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 10 Standard for Portable Fire Extinguishers;

3) Collecting and arranging transportation for fire extinguishers to and from the site;

4) Using replacement parts that meet or exceed manufacturer specifications;

5) Returning all serviced fire extinguishers to their original locations.

The contractor must also develop a Quality Control Plan to ensure compliance with contract requirements and submit daily quality control reports detailing service performed, compliance issues, safety problems identified, and corrective actions taken.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is for one base year of 12 months starting from August 4, 2025, with four option years each lasting 12 months at the discretion of the contracting officer.
