Background
The United States Army Human Resource Command (USAHRC) requires a firm fixed price contract, base plus four option years, for the software maintenance renewal of Lexis Nexis or an equal search platform. The contract will be funded with Other Maintenance Army (OMA) FY23 funds.

Work Details
The contract includes the following products/services:

- In-depth public record search: The programming must have the ability to conduct an in-depth public records search on an individual, business, or other entity using available information. The resulting comprehensive report should include all available public records data associated with the search. The reports must be easily downloadable and saved. The contract includes 12 units of this service for each year of the base period and option years.

- Advance person search: The programming must provide person alerts, virtual identity reports, mobile access, asset/financial information, and telephone searches. The reports must be easily downloadable and saved. The contract includes 12 units of this service for each year of the base period and option years.

- Batch services report: The programming must provide access to various data inputs to produce reports, including address multiple input, real-time phone information input, civil and criminal records input, deceased records input, and sex offense records input. The reports must be easily downloadable and saved. The contract includes 12 units of this service for each year of the base period and option years.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2028.
