Lewisville Lake Mowing and Landscaping Services   2

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Fort Worth District intends to issue a Purchase Order (PO) for mowing and landscaping services at the Lewisville Lake, 1801 N. Mill Street, Lewisville, TX 75057. The contract performance will consist of One (1) Twelve Month Base Period and Three (3) Twelve Month Option Periods.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, permits, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform mowing/landscaping services at the Lewisville Lake Office as defined in the Performance Work Statement. The work includes mowing/trimming and landscaping services at Lewisville Lake Office in accordance with the attached specifications. The work will be bid by the acre per park/area.
The contractor shall furnish all equipment, material and labor necessary to perform mowing/trimming and landscaping services at Lewisville Lake Office.

Period of Performance
One (1) Twelve Month Base Period and Three (3) Twelve Month Option Periods
