Background
The Letterkenny Munitions Center is issuing this solicitation for off-site repair services for various oscilloscope equipment, including Rhode & Schwarz, Fluke, PXIE -5172, and Tektronix models. The goal of the contract is to ensure that the specified equipment is calibrated and repaired to meet operational standards.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control, and other items necessary to perform calibration and off-site repair on the specified oscilloscope equipment. This includes:

1. Repair Service (CLIN 0001) - Full-service repair including calibration as per sections 5.1 and 5.3-5.6 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

2. Parts and Materials (CLIN 0002) - Provision of all materials and parts necessary for repairs as outlined in paragraph 5.2 of the PWS; all parts will be billed at actual cost with original paid invoices required for billing under this CLIN.

3. Option Repair Services (CLINs 1001, 2001) - Similar to CLIN 0001 but designated as options for future service years.

4. Option Parts and Materials (CLINs 1002, 2002) - Similar to CLIN 0002 but designated as options for future service years.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over multiple years with specific periods defined for each CLIN: CLINs 0001 and 0002 from April 24, 2025, to April 23, 2026; CLINs 1001 and 1002 from April 24, 2026, to April 23, 2027; CLINs 2001 and 2002 from April 24, 2027, to April 23, 2028.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Letterkenny Munitions Center located at BLDG 3315, 1 Overcash Ave., Chambersburg PA.
