Letter RFP for On-Point Enterprise Contract   4

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) intends to create a new long-term contract, “On-Point Defense Technologies Enterprise Contract,” which will be an 8-year Indefinite Delivery Requirements (IDR), firm-fixed price (FFP) contract with pricing to be updated every two years. It will include an overarching umbrella contract (SPRRA2-23-D-0004) establishing the terms and conditions that will apply to the individual support arrangements issued by DLA-Huntsville and other DLA ordering activities. This LTC will support the Improved Bradley Acquisition Subsystems (IBAS), the tube-launched, optically tracked, wireless-guided (TOW) weapon system, and others in support of the US Army Aviation and Missile Life Cycle Management Command (AMCOM) and the US Army Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command (TACOM). The RFP, SPRRA2-23-R-0013, is for the first subsumable contract that will be governed by the umbrella contract. Both contracts will be awarded in conjunction with one another.

Work Details
The subsumable contract will initially contain 82 NSNs, of which the majority will be considered 'price pending.' DLA has seven current open requirements generated by the AMCOM Tactical Aviation and Ground Munitions (TAGM) sustainment and program offices. The products to be priced for Fiscal Years 2023 and 2024 include various items such as STRYKER TOW LAUNCHER, LAUNCHER, GUIDED MISSILE (BRADLEY), CABLE ASSEMBLY, POWER UPGRADE, ARMAMENT CO, IMB BATTERY (B KIT) FULL KIT, ANTAS-4 NIGHT SIGHT ITEMS: INSPECT, TEST, & KIT, and various repair BEQs.
