Lenel Security System Maintenance

Background
Carrier Strike Group FOUR is seeking maintenance support services for its Electronic Security Systems (ESS) equipment installed at Norfolk Naval Station. The agency's mission is to ensure the security of military facilities, and this contract aims to maintain the functionality of critical security systems that include door access devices, cameras, sensors, and battery backup systems.

The contractor, Signet Technologies Inc., has been the primary installer and maintenance provider for these systems for over a decade, making them uniquely qualified for this contract.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide full maintenance support for the previously installed security infrastructure. This includes:
- Regular planned maintenance of security systems to ensure peak performance.
- Troubleshooting and repair or replacement of components as required.
- Software updates for all applicable security systems.
- Maintenance services for intrusion alarms, video monitoring systems, door access systems, and battery backup systems.
- Recommendations for replacement equipment if necessary.

The services are essential to maintain the integrity of the command's security program.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a base year plus four option years, with the base year scheduled from September 29, 2025, to September 28, 2026.

Place of Performance
The maintenance services will be performed at Building N23 and one section of Building N26 at Norfolk Naval Station.
