Legal Case and Document Management System

Background
The District of Columbia Courts, on behalf of the Office of the General Counsel, seeks a qualified vendor to provide a cloud-hosted, highly configurable commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Legal Case and Document Management System. The Office of the General Counsel performs a broad spectrum of advisory legal functions concerning matters affecting the administration of the D.C. Courts.

Work Details
The Contractor must provide a cloud-hosted, highly configurable commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Legal Case and Document Management System, including necessary software, licenses, and warranties. The Contractor must also install and implement the System, provide post-installation support, end user training, and a service level agreement (SLA) to include high-quality maintenance and end user support. The System must meet minimum technical requirements such as web-based solution compatibility with major browsers, centralized database with native document management, security features for preventing unauthorized access to sensitive files, and interface with widely used office applications for efficiency.

Period of Performance
The term of the Contract shall be twelve (12) months from date of award of the contract with an option to extend for four (4), one (1) year periods. The total duration of this contract including the exercise of any options under this clause shall not exceed five (5) years.
