Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) anticipates awarding a five-year contract (Base Year and four 12-months Option Periods) Firm Fixed-Price Delivery Order to lease and maintain postage meter equipment and related supplies at IRS facilities in all fifty (50) states and Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. All postage meters must be compatible with the Official Mail Accounting System (OMAS), used to track transactional activity by Federal agencies. This is an unrestricted procurement. The Government will use the procedures in FAR Part 15.101-2: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to make an award. Offerors shall submit their quotes via the GSA eBuy Portal.
