Space must meet applicable accessibility standards and/or codes for the disabled in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Additionally, space must meet applicable requirements from the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA); Environment, Safety, and Health; Occupational Safety and Health Administration; and other local city codes and ordinances associated with this type of space.
Sandia will require that the facility owner provide the basic security features, attributes, and functions as a service including communications strategy, alarm monitoring and response, and facility level access control. Sandia requires badge reader access control to Sandia's leased space.
The landlord will provide all utilities, janitorial support, and operations and maintenance (O&M) of the building as well as landscaping services, parking maintenance and snow removal. These items will be included in the lease cost. Sandia will require sufficient electrical outlets, power, and cooling for computer workstations and computer equipment.
