Lease Surface Parking Sources Sought

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17 (NCO17) is conducting market research to identify parties interested in providing Parking as a Service for the VA South Texas Health Care System, specifically the Audie L. Murphy VA Medical Center (STX VAMC) located in San Antonio, TX.

The goal of this contract is to address parking shortages by securing offsite overflow parking within close proximity to the medical center.

Work Details
The requirement includes providing a total of 350 dedicated overflow parking spaces to offset current parking space shortages at the STX VAMC. The parking lot must be located within one mile of the medical center and should be adjacent to or within walking distance from it.
