Background
The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease space in Los Angeles, CA to support its operational needs.
The goal of this contract is to secure a suitable facility that meets specific requirements for office, warehouse, retail, and light industrial use.

Work Details
The GSA requires a lease for a space that meets the following specifications:
- Location must be within the delineated area defined by: North: I-10 to Highway 60 to I-605 to I-10 to Highway 57; East: Highway 57; South: Highway 22; West: Highway 1.
- Minimum square footage of 130,000 ABOASF and maximum square footage of 143,000 ABOASF.
- The space must accommodate a total of 300 parking spaces, all of which should be surface parking.
- The lease term is for two years with a one-year firm commitment, requiring occupancy no later than June 30, 2027.
- The leased space must be contiguous, preferably on a single floor but may be on no more than two contiguous floors.
- A minimum clear ceiling height of 15 feet is required throughout the entire leased area. This height is measured from the finished floor to the lowest point of any overhead obstruction.
- The premises must support continuous operations 24/7 and be equipped with a fully operational HVAC system.
- The offered space must comply with government standards for fire safety, accessibility, seismic considerations, and sustainability as per lease terms.
- A fully serviced lease is required.

Period of Performance
The lease term will last for two years with occupancy required by June 30, 2027.
