Background
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a lease of three (3) Low Pressure Air Compressor (LPAC) systems at Naval Base Point Loma, San Diego, CA. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Work Details
The contract requires the lease of three (3) self-contained Low Pressure Air Compressor (LPAC) Systems capable of supplying up to 1,500 SCFM of oil-free compressed air at 120 psig, with a dew point no greater than -40 deg. F. The LPAC systems shall be electrically-powered and shall include all accessory components necessary to provide the required compressed air. The contractor is responsible for delivery, set-up, start-up, training of government compressor operators, preventative maintenance tasks, repairs, retrieval of the compressor systems, and providing all necessary equipment and materials as per the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance (POP) for the contract is ten (10) months and one (1) week, from June 22, 2023 to May 1, 2024.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Naval Base Point Loma, San Diego, CA.
