Lease of Non-Tactical Vehicles (NTVs), Qatar

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Middle East District, is seeking to procure non-tactical vehicles (NTVs) for personnel stationed in Qatar. The goal of this acquisition is to ensure that USACE employees, both military and civilian, have access to safe and operational vehicles while fulfilling their duties in the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR). This contract is intended to be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) agreement.

Work Details
The contractor will provide seven mid-size vehicles that are safe and operable at all times. Responsibilities include ensuring the vehicles meet local laws and standards, providing necessary licensing, inspections, insurance, and toll stickers as required. The contractor must certify that the vehicles comply with the specifications outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for theft, damage from accidents, and third-party liabilities. The contract may include additional vehicle requirements or increased quantities as needed.

Period of Performance
The intended period of performance for this contract is from August 27, 2026, through August 26, 2027, with four optional 12-month extensions available at the government's discretion.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in Qatar within the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) Area of Responsibility.
