Description

GSA has executed a lease for 1 year firm for 3,800 rentable square feet of space in Malibu, California. The lease has been awarded to the Arya Reza Behzad and Maryam Eshghipour, trustees of The Revocable Living Trust of Arya Reza Behzad and Maryam Eshghipour dated February 3, 2013 dba COAH, LLC in Los Altos, California. Commencing November 15, 2021 through November 14, 2022, the U.S. Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $402,000.00.
