Lease and maintenance of 3 (each)-Portable Toilets

Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for the lease and maintenance of three (3) Portable Toilets to be located at Fortuna Pond, Redondo Pond, and Betty's Kitchen Recreation Areas within Yuma County, Arizona.
The goal of this contract is to ensure that these facilities are adequately serviced to meet the needs of visitors in these recreational areas.

Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary for the installation and servicing of ADA Accessible portable toilets at the specified locations. This includes:
1. Installation of one portable ADA toilet at each site (Fortuna Pond, Redondo Pond, and Betty's Kitchen).
2. Regular maintenance which includes emptying human waste and servicing the toilets twice a week on Mondays and Fridays.
3. Replacement of toilets as determined by BLM representatives.
4. On-call services within a 24-hour period during high visitor use times.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period starting from September 10, 2026, to September 9, 2031, with four optional one-year extensions based on satisfactory performance.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Fortuna Pond (32.7242390669585, -114.45113051965195), Redondo Pond (32.742813346535456, -114.48311927249588), and Betty's Kitchen (32.8197652023762, -114.48792701966616) in Yuma County, Arizona.

Bidder Requirements
This solicitation is set aside for small businesses (100% Total Small Business Set-Aside). Bidders must have experience in providing similar services.
