Lease and Cleaning of Portable Latrine, Dumpster, and Shower Trailer, Removal of Human Waste and Trash and Garbage for Military Exercise in USAG Yongsan-Casey   4

Background
This is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for portable latrine service for military exercises in USAG Yongsan-Casey, Republic of Korea (ROK). The contract aims to provide essential sanitation services to support military operations, ensuring compliance with applicable federal and local laws. The Government will not supervise the contract service providers, who will be accountable solely to the Contractor.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide lease and cleaning of portable latrines, dumpsters, and shower trailers, as well as removal of human waste and trash for military exercises. Specific tasks include:

1. Installation and removal of portable latrines and related equipment.
2. Provision of portable latrines, hand wash stations, dumpsters, food waste drums, grey water containers, and shower trailers as required.
3. Filling out fresh water for hand wash stations including supplies such as hand soap and hand towels.
4. Cleaning services for shower trailers by removing soap scum and other debris.
5. Providing trucks equipped with suction pumps for human waste removal from field latrines.
6. Proper disposal of all wastes at an off-base location in accordance with Korean Environmental Laws.
7. Cleaning surrounding areas upon removal of human waste.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes a base ordering period from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, followed by four additional ordering periods extending through December 31, 2029.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations within USAG Yongsan-Casey in the Republic of Korea.
