Learning Management System

Background
The 319th Combat Training Squadron (CTS) is seeking to purchase a Learning Management System (LMS) to support tactical, operational, strategic, joint, and coalition space operations. The 319 CTS operates from the Moorman Space Education and Training Center on Peterson-Schriever Garrison in Colorado Springs, CO. The squadron provides world-class, in-depth instruction of space systems, capabilities, requirements, acquisition, strategies, and policies to support Joint military operations and U.S. National Security. Annually, the 319 CTS educates more than 2,800 students from all branches of the United States military, other Government departments, and select allied nations.

Work Details
The contractor is required to develop and deliver a Learning Management System (LMS) and student information system capabilities to be incorporated into 319 CTS for staff, administrators, and students to use centrally. The system should include features such as integrated databases, modern UI/UX design, course management tools, lesson/event management capabilities, instructor certification management, course scheduling management, registrar functions for student registration and information collection, master registrar calendar function for course offering dates, metrics reporting capabilities, automated email system for communication with students and instructors, IT requirements including modernized indigenous database administration and compliance with cybersecurity requirements.

The contract will be performed at the Moorman Space Education and Training Center on Peterson-Schriever Garrison in Colorado Springs, CO.
