Background
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is soliciting innovative proposals in the following areas of interest: Adaptive control, generative adversarial networks, self-repairing systems, autonomous control, dynamic control, operator cueing. The solicitation is for the Learning Introspective Control (LINC) project.

Work Details
The Statement of Work (SOW) requires proposers to clearly define the technical tasks/subtasks to be performed, their durations, and dependencies among them. For each task/subtask, a general description of the objective, a detailed description of the approach to be taken, identification of the primary organization responsible for task execution, completion criteria for each task/activity, definition of all deliverables, and identification of any tasks/subtasks to be performed on-campus at a university. The SOW should be developed so that each Phase of the program is separately defined.

The proposal should also include a description of the results, products, transferable technology, and expected technology transfer path; detailed technical approach enhancing and completing the Summary of Proposal; comparison with other ongoing research indicating advantages and disadvantages of the proposed effort; discussion of proposer’s previous accomplishments and work in closely related research; description of Security Management architecture and/or approach for the proposed effort; description of the facilities that would be used for the proposed effort; and description of milestones, cost, and accomplishments.
