Lean Six Sigma Training (Green Belt)

Requested Scope of Work: The US Army North (USARNORTH) Training Division is requesting that an outside organization with proficiency in teaching Lean Six Sigma methodology conducts a 40 hour block of Green Belt training to members of the USARNORTH. The Green Belt session will be taught in five days or less. This training will be conducted at USARNORTH, Fort Sam Houston, TX. Desired Time Frame of Training: 24 28 May 2021. Vendors will select dates that are within the desired time frame for one session of Green Belt training. Number of Training Audience: 20 25 personnel. Expectations of the selected vendor: The Company selected for this training will provide the instructors and all training material needed to conduct one iteration of Green Belt training. Upon completion of the Green Belt training, the participant will be able to; learn the basic Six Sigma concepts, understand the DMAIC methodology, Apply improvement in all kinds of internal processes and make the most of the data. Training will be conducted on-site at Ft. Sam Houston, TX. Vendors bidding for this contract must have an account in GSA Advantage.
