Leading Generational Teams Training

Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma

This Sources Sought is to inform the business community that the United States Air Force (USAF), Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB), Oklahoma is conducting market research for Leading Generational Teams Training requirement for TAFB. This sources sought will be used as a Market Survey Capability Assessment for a potential future contract. This is NOT a formal notice of solicitation. No funds are currently available for this effort.

In Accordance With (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10.001(a)(3)(i), in order to determine if sources capable of satisfying the agency need exists, the Government will consider all responses received, particularly those received from Small Businesses (SB). Responses to this sources sought permits the Contracting Officer, IAW FAR 19.203(c), to consider an acquisition for SB socioeconomic concerns (e.g., Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), SDVOSB, or Woman-Owned SB (WOSB) programs) and to consider a SB set-aside (see 19.502-2(b)). SBs, in all socioeconomic categories, are highly encouraged to identify capabilities in meeting the requirements at fair market prices.

Please see attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) for additional information. The DRAFT PWS is subject to change.

Purpose of this Sources Sought

The purpose of this sources sought is to conduct a market survey and solicit statements of interest and capabilities from firms capable of providing the required items identified in the PWS. Interested vendors must supply information that demonstrates their ability to provide the Service listed within the DRAFT PWS.

Instructions to Interested Vendors

Please provide the following information:

1) General Information about your firm (Company Name, Address, Point of Contact with Telephone and FAX numbers and E-mail address, GSA Schedule Number (if applicable), Cage Code, Unique Entity ID);

2) Capability Statement (company overview, qualifications, past performance);

3) Brochure (description of service)

Responses to this Notice are due to the government no later than Friday, 29 March 2024 at 12:00 Noon CDT and shall be submitted electronically via email to the following:
