This is a 12-month service contract to provide five (5) Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Training Workshop for twenty (20) Leadership Team members of the Regional Network Enterprise Center, National Capital Region (RNEC/NCR). The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at Fort Belvoir, Virginia Building 312.

Background
The Regional Network Enterprise Center, National Capital Region (RNEC/NCR) is seeking to enhance the leadership capabilities of its team through a 12-month service contract.

The goal of this contract is to provide executive coaching and training that focuses on strategic thinking, decision-making, communication, and team development. This initiative aims to improve organizational effectiveness and foster a collaborative culture by developing emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills among leaders.

Work Details
The contractor will conduct five (5) workshops titled 'Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team' for twenty (20) leadership team members.

The training will focus on enhancing individual and collective leadership capabilities, improving team performance, and aligning leadership behaviors with organizational goals. The workshops are designed to prepare leaders for managing change and uncertainty effectively while increasing retention and engagement among top leaders.

From September 19, 2025, to September 18, 2026.
