Leadership/Development Courses

The Government anticipates an award of a Firm Fixed Price Task Order for leadership/development training courses resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quote whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The government will use the best value tradeoff approach for the procurement. Quotes will be compared one to another. The Government reserves the right to award to more than one vendor. The intent is to allow the Government the ability to award to the vendor providing the best value for each course. One vendor may be awarded a Task Order for all courses. Vendors are not required to submit a quote for all courses. Quotes will be evaluated by comparing to each other. The vendor or vendors providing the best overall value will be considered for award.
