Background
The mission of the Contracting Division at the Omaha District is to provide high-quality contracting solutions to the district and its stakeholders at the speed of relevance. The Contracting Division has been plagued with a high turnover rate due to various factors, and the overall objective of this contract is to help the employees learn, grow, and develop to be effective team members and leaders within the Omaha District.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide Leadership Coaching and Teambuilding Services for the Omaha District Contracting Division. This includes conducting annual team building sessions for the entire division, branch development sessions, branch chief development sessions, individual monthly virtual coaching services, and post-award conference/periodic progress meetings.
The contractor must also comply with security requirements, including personal identity verification of contractor personnel and suspicious activity reporting training. The performance requirements include conducting 100% of annual required sessions as scheduled and submitting deliverables such as after-action reviews and evaluations of coaching sessions.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract shall be 12 months after award.

Place of Performance
Except for the individual monthly virtual coaching services, all work will be performed at the Omaha District Office, USACE.
