140R3023Q0038 LCDO Elevator/Escalator Services & Repairs The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Dam Office (Hoover, Parker, and Davis Dam) are requesting quotes for services to provide as needed repairs to inoperable elevators/escalators when the repairs exceed the capabilities of the Journeyman Electricians. Occasionally emergency repairs/services are required. All work shall be completed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. It is the intent of the Government to make multiple award BPA's but reserves the right to make one or no awards. Award is anticipated in September 2023. This requirement has no set-aside. Line item 00010 Five Year - Inspection Services/Maintenance & Repair for Hoover Dam. Line item 00020 Five Year - Inspection Services/Maintenance & Repair for Davis Dam. Line item 00030 Five Year - Inspection Services/Maintenance & Repair for Parker Dam. When submitting the requested pricing please provide current GSA contract Number, UEI number, completed Attachment #2 - price schedule, and Attachment #4 Exemplar BPA Call. All questions must be in writing and sent to: bwilliamson@usbr.gov no later than July 25, 2023, 4pm Mountain Standard Time. Award will be made in accordance with FAR part 8.405-3(b)(2)(viii) "The ordering activity contracting officer shall establish the BPA with the schedule contractor that represents the best value (see 8.404(d) and 8.405-4)."
