Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) administers funds generated by the Lincoln County Land Act of 2000, which allows for the sale of public land in Lincoln County, NV. The proceeds from these sales are allocated for archaeological studies within the county, aimed at managing and protecting unique archaeological resources.

This solicitation is part of the Lincoln County Archaeological Initiative (LCAI) Round 15, which seeks proposals for projects that address various priorities related to archaeological resources in Lincoln County.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for developing a performance-based statement of work that details a proposed archaeological project. This includes breaking down the project into specific tasks with descriptions of work to be done, methods for accomplishing the work, deadlines, and performance standards.

Proposals should address one or more of the following priorities:
1) Developing science-based methods using innovative technology for preservation and interpretation;
2) Implementing public outreach and educational projects;
3) Developing historic contexts for archaeological resources;
4) Conducting identification and evaluation research on archaeological sites.

The proposal must also include a detailed budget, necessary expenses, and past performance information.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period not to exceed five years, starting from the award date.

Lincoln County, Nevada.

Bidder Requirements
To be eligible for award, offerors must complete specific forms including block 17a and block 30 of Standard Form 1449, provide a performance-based statement of work detailing their proposed project, complete an expanded budget detail form, provide past performance information, acknowledge receipt of any amendments. Offerors must also ensure that key personnel meet professional qualification standards as defined by federal guidelines.
