Description

Tyler Technologies did an excellent job highlighting their technology and their ability to meet the contract requirements. They outlined each requirement/function in the PWS and demonstrated if their current system meets the requirements or not. There current platform is able to meet the all the PWS requirements. Besides highlighting requirements, they showed the ease of use for our end users. They also provided snapshots on parts of the system that demonstrated how they really take a customer approach from the end user to admin in system design. The disaster recovery plan meets all requirements ensuring minimal downtime. Further, Tyler Technologies key personnel exceeds requirements.
