Layberthing of Two MARAD's T-ACS RRF Vessels in the West Coast of the United States   2

Amendment 0001 of 693JF720B000002 is hereby issued and the purpose of the Amendment is as follows:

(A) to add Section L.7 to the Solicitation and to make changes to Sections J.5, M.1, B, and C of the Solicitation;

(B) to state that the body of this Amendment captures the addition and all the changes that are listed in Paragraph (A) of this Amendment and it constitutes the updated body of the Solicitation/IFB; the said addition and changes appear in RED FONT for easy identification; and

(D) to state that other provisions of this Solicitation remain unchanged.

The successful offeror will be required to provide layberthing services to three MARAD's RRF Vessels ( Gem State, Grand Canyon State, and Keystone State) in the West Coast of the United States.
