Layberthing of Two MARAD's FSS Vessels, ANTARES and DENEBOLA

The purpose of this Amendment is to make the following changes to Solicitation Number: 693JF718B000001:
1) in Section C.1 (Introduction and Background), replace "U.S. West Coast" with "U.S. East Coast";
2) in Section F.2 (Place of Performance), replace U.S. West Coast with "U.S. East Coast"; and
3) in Section C.2 (Definitions), add: "Dock Face: The exposed outward structural components of the pier or wharf that bears the vertical load of the structure and transfers the lateral load from the fenders to the structure; timber fender piles are not considered the Dock Face".
