The Crow / Northern Cheyenne Hospital – Crow Service Unit (CSU) located in Crow Agency, Montana, is a healthcare facility that provides comprehensive services primarily to the members of the Crow and Northern Cheyenne tribes.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all non-personal services necessary for laundering services at the CSU facility. This includes personnel, equipment, transportation, and materials.

Specific tasks include:
1. Pickup and Delivery:
- The contractor will receive and process only soiled linen items designated for pickup from the CSU.
- The contractor must record the number of soiled items picked up and verify this amount with the CSU-Housekeeping Technical Point of Contact (TPOC).
- Weekly pickup tickets must be maintained by the contractor, with a monthly invoice submitted by the first working day of the following month.
- Cleaned linen items must be delivered back to the CSU, with delivery tickets recording the number of items delivered verified by the CSU-Housekeeping TPOC.
2. Re-performance:
- If any items are deemed unsatisfactorily cleaned by the CSU-Housekeeping TPOC, they must be re-cleaned at no additional cost and returned on the next scheduled delivery day. Items must be labeled as 're-cleaned' with appropriate identification including date and load number.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed on a continuous basis as needed, with pickups and deliveries occurring twice a week during normal operation hours.
