Background
The Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center (DDEAMC), located on Fort Eisenhower, Georgia, is part of the Defense Health Agency (DHA). This contract aims to provide non-personal Healthcare Linen and Laundry Services, which are essential for maintaining hygiene and operational efficiency in healthcare settings. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of laundry services, ensuring compliance with various health and safety standards.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, transportation, supplies, and supervision necessary to provide comprehensive laundry and linen services including:
- Pickup and delivery of bulk laundry services.
- Compliance with standards set by The Joint Commission (TJC), the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council (HLAC), and other applicable regulations.
- Establishment of a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to monitor service performance.
- Provision of clean and disinfected surgical laundry and linen as well as sterile reusable surgical textiles.
- Maintenance of records to control and account for all work performed.
- Implementation of infection control measures while optimizing industry best practices.
