Background
The Army's Installations Laundry and Dry-Cleaning (L&DC) Program is designed to provide laundry and dry-cleaning services for government-owned items in accordance with environmental regulations, including those set by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

The program aims to ensure that items are cleaned to meet organizational health and sanitation requirements, thereby supporting the mission of maintaining a safe and healthy environment for personnel.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Laundry services including accountability, washing, drying, and packaging of specified items as detailed in Attachment 6, List of Items.
- Dry-cleaning services that include accountability, cleaning, and packaging of items as per Attachment 6.
- Pick-up and drop-off of laundry and dry-cleaning items at designated customer locations.
- Implementation of quality control measures to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Adherence to physical security protocols to protect government property.
- Development of a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) to monitor contractor performance.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Fort Eisenhower, GA, with specific pick-up points designated by the customer.
