Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services - Fort Bliss, TX

Background
This contract is issued by the U.S. Army to provide installation-level Laundry and Dry-Cleaning (L&DC) services at Fort Bliss, Texas. The goal of the contract is to support Government-authorized customers through a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) arrangement, which includes a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.

Work Details
The contractor will perform laundry and dry-cleaning services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services include:
- Laundry and Dry-cleaning Services for various customer categories including Chaplain Vestments, Ceremonial Uniforms, Specialty Items, and Japanese Defense Force uniforms.
- Minimum service quantity of 784 pieces and a maximum of 206,709 pieces over the contract duration.
- Individual task orders will be issued based on defined service quantities within established minimum and maximum ordering thresholds.

Period of Performance
The contract will be executed over a one-year base period with four additional one-year option periods.
